Career objective can impress the interviewer and sets the tone for your interview.
Career Objective should be concise and should describe how you will add value as an employee.

Technique to write a career objective for resume*
1st method — Generic method of writing a career objective

Generic career objective doesn’t talk about your skills, role and company you are applying for.

Example #3 - Writing Generic career objective - For Fresher
"Seeking an entry-level position to begin my career in a high-level professional environment”

Example #4 - Generic career objective - For Fresher
“A highly organized and hard-working individual looking for a responsible position to gain practical experience”

Example #5 - Generic career objective example - For Experience
"To secure a challenging position that utilizes my years of experience, while allowing me the opportunity to grow professionally"

Everyone else will write generic career objective but you can write specifically to make your resume stand out

2nd method — Writing Career Objective for resume using Two parties

In this method - Career Objective for your resume will consist of two parties -
You and career goal. On “you" side Mention your strong points like
a) adjectives
b) skills
c) education
d) experience/internship

"A talented, young, and enthusiastic individual with an MBA degree in Finance from XYZ University. Very detail-oriented and analytical. 6-month internship experience with an ABC bank. Excellent knowledge of various accounting software"

Example #7 - Banking - using 2 party technique - Experience

3rd Technique— Resume Career Objective using Three parties - You. career goal and Company

3 party technique is similar to 2 parties with the Company as an additional party. In this technique, you will additionally mention the Company or Role You are applying for.

"Highly organized and motivational college graduate, seeking an entry-level HR Executive position. Open to working with start-ups as well as established companies"

Example #9 - 3 party - Sales - Experience
