A two-day organizational and administrative capacity-building training session was successfully organized by NRSP Rahim Yar Khan in collaboration with LSO Dary Azim Khan at the LSO Office, Basti Mir Muhammad Madhassan.
The training aimed to empower active LSO members by enhancing their leadership, organizational, and coordination skills. Participants received detailed briefings on the structure and roles of COs, VOs, and LSOs, along with the importance of collective action, savings services, and effective community linkages.
Comprehensive information was also shared regarding NRSP loan types, financing limits, repayment duration, and procedures. Female members and office bearers of LSO actively participated in the training, reflecting strong community engagement and women empowerment.
Senior facilitators including Saadia Samreen, Sultana Ismat, Khalida Parveen, and Naila shared their valuable knowledge and field experience, greatly benefiting the participants.
Regional Manager NRSP Rahim Yar Khan, Javed Razzaq, attended the session as a special guest and encouraged participants to utilize their skills for community development. He emphasized that such training programs mark a new beginning for LSO workers and play a vital role in improving public service delivery.
President UC LSO Dary Azim Khan, Abdul Khaliq Joiya, expressed gratitude to NRSP and all facilitators for organizing the training and promoting the spirit of service.
