Why is Pride celebrated in June? Where does the Rainbow Flag come from? Has Queerness always been stigmatized?

How far have we progressed and what is the current situation of LGBTQ+ rights around the world?

Grab your time-traveling suits as we´re exploring the History of Homosexuality, History of Transgender & History of Queerness, going back as far as to Ancient Mesoamerica, Egypt & Greece, to Colonial America, the French Revolution, Hollywood, Germany... until we arrive at the Stonewall Inn: the Place where Pride started. 😉

We´re going to meet LGBTQ+ activists such as Magnus Hirschfeld, Bayard Rustin, Marsha P. Johnson & Sylvia Rivera and Gilbert Baker, but are also learning about Sigmund Freud´s view on Homosexuality as well as the origin of Conversion Therapy and Aversion Therapy.
