Ingredients:
Filling:
-1/2kg minced beef
-1tsp crushed garlic
-1tsp garam masala
-1/2tsp cumin powder
-1/2tsp salt
-1/2cup chopped green onions
-2 green chillies, chopped
-1bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped

For the Wrappers:
-2cups all-purpose flour
-1/2tsp salt
-1tbsp poppy seed
-3tbsp oil
-1-1/4cup warm water
