How to test a MAP sensor using a multimeter and some basic wiring - the sensors on the Peugeot GTi-6 tend to be well sealed so accessing them via probing is difficult, one way round this is to make three small sections of wire with male/female connections to bridge the gap from sensor to loom to enable access whilst the sensor is in use.

Guidelines for this MAP sensor state it should be operating within 0.1 to 5v depending on manifold vacuum so it appears to be within range.
