This cctv secret cutscene seems to have been made for Night 4, and for some reason it looks a lot more like the FNAF 1 location than the 1985 Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! Ignore the fact I use the phone to start it, I replaced the scene for the Eleanor minigame with this to load it.
