✳️ CHEATER/FRAUDSTER ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF/SWD

✳️ THE ACCUSED WAS DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON'BLE COURT VIDE ORDER DATED 04.08.2023

✳️ COMPLAINANT WAS CHEATED OF RS 2,65,000/- THROUGH ATM CARD EXCHANGE.

The team of Special Staff, South West District has arrested a ATM swipe machine provider/cheater/fraudster namely Sukhdev @ Sonu S/o Darshan Singh R/o Ward No. 4, Ellanabad, Sirsa, Haryana, Age 40 years.

INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST:
On 07.04.2023, a case vide FIR No. 256/2023, u/s 420/379/411/34 IPC was registered at PS Palam Village on the statement of complainant Subhash Chander R/o Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony, Delhi wherein he stated cheating of an amount of Rs. 2,65,000/- from his account by exchange of his Axis Bank ATM card in ATM Booth. Later the above said case was transferred to Special Staff/SWD.

To solve the case, team of Special Staff, South West District was deployed to nab the accused persons and solve the case. With the help of technical and manual surveillance, on 09.05.2023, accused Sunny S/o Rajesh R/o Friends Enclave, Sultanpuri, Delhi, Age 25 years was arrested in the present case. Accused Sunny had disclosed about his co-associates namely Vinod R/o Sultanpuri and Sukhdev @ Sonu R/o Ellenabad, Sirsa, Haryana and stated that main kingpin is Sukhdev @ Sonu who provided ATM Swipe Machine for ATM Exchange Fraud. Both accused Vinod and Sukhdev were declared proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble Court vide order dated 04.08.2023. To nab the proclaimed offender namely Vinod and Sukhdev @ Sonu, a dedicated team of Special Staff comprising SI Vikram, SI Nitesh, HC Satpal, HC Jagparvesh, HC Sumer Singh, HC Sanjay, Ct. Akash & Ct. Suraj was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Vijay Baliyan, I/C Special Staff and under the supervision of Sh. Satyajeet Sarin, ACP/Operations. With the help of technical and manual surveillance, on 08.02.2025, the main accused Sukhdev @ Sonu S/o Darshan Singh R/o Ward No. 4, Ellanabad, Sirsa, Haryana, Age 40 years was apprehended from Ellanabad, Sirsa, Haryana. Accused Sukhdev @ Sonu is in PC remand to arrest co-associates and case property.
