[PSO2 JP] Luster Explanation video

Luster is coming soon, and Sega released this video to help players understand the class better
So I thought it'd be nice to have an English subbed version of it 😆

A friend and I just rephrased them in such a way that would make sense both in English and in the context of the game
There are a few parts of the video where I ultimately gave up on trying to understand, and I placed notes on those segments
If you happen to understand Japanese and would like to correct me, kindly point out my mistakes in the comments 🙂
Also, the English skill names, PA names, etc. here would most likely not be the same as the Arks Layer translation and the NA/Global server translation, since I used Google Translate
Nevertheless, I hope this would still give us a better understanding of the class and its capabilities 😄
