With our Barcode Print and Scan Add-on for SAP you can easily manage to archive documents in combination with SAP.

1. First you will create a posting for goods movements, Fico or other objects and a label will be printed out automatically.

2. The paper based document will be labeled with the barcode label.

3. In the next step you can scan the documents like delivery notes with your TWAIN compatible device and it will be liked automatically with the corresponding SAP object.
You can do this using our Scan Client software or in batch at night for all documents within your organization without user interaction. This will enhance your productivity and saves resources.

All SAP users can now access the scanned and archived documents which have been assigned automatically to the related SAP business object. With our ArchiveLink interface solution for Microsoft Sharepoint you can save the attachments in Sharepoint as backend archive system as alternative to the KPro, openText or other backend archive systems.

The solution is also compatible with our Multi-Format-Viewer VIEWNIQ for SAP.
