Not only does the CBN abrasive on the Honestar cut faster and last longer than other types of honing stones, the formed metal shape makes means it's lightweight, can't break and fits comfortably in your hand.

Unlike other less expensive hones that rely on adhesive to hold the abrasive in place, the Honestar undergoes an electroplating process to bond the cubic boron nitride to the formed metal body for a permanent bond that won't give up under the most demanding circumstances.

To keep your Honestar looking and working its best, we recommend using a drop or two of honing fluid to impede rust and improve clean up.

Honestar measures 5.75" long x 1.875" wide with a smaller 1/10" radius and larger 1/4" radius.
