Big Round Wheel amusements travels to South Hill, VA to set up the carousel for a two day event.
The Hi Lite HLC-15 Carousel takes around 3 hours to set up and is transported on rolling racks that are carried in a 48 foot semi trailer with a rail lift gate. The rolling racking system allows for setups in remote locations such as down narrow pathways or for indoor setups.
