Is it a constructive dismissal if my employer advised me to resign if I can't work due to sickness?

Q: "I've been with my employer for over 12 years, kaso po parang na-constructive dismissal ako since they put me on the other system na wala akong alam since the training happened nung may sakit po ako, I requested to return to the old team then they advised to me that if I don't feel well enough to work using new system then mag resign na lang daw po ako."
