Witcher 3 Blood and Wine - Vitis Steel Sword & Toussaint Armor Set Location

Toussaint Armor Set and Vitis Relic Steel Sword are missable items in the new Blood and Wine expansion.

During the Main Quest "Night of Long Fangs" you must choose the Syanna route, to able to enter the Land of Thousand Fables.
Once there use the large tower to navigate.
