What we like
Views: the estate is surrounded by vineyards, a French garden and an alley of cypresses and offers magnificent views of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Unique: Basketball field surrounded by cherry trees.

Swimming Pool: the large swimming pool with summer lounge is separated from the main house in a very secluded setting.
Terrace: the large south-facing shaded terrace in the courtyard is ideal for enjoying delicious meals with your loved ones.

New Furnishings: the recently renovated property has just been fully furnished and all the bedding is new.

Exterior
Nestled in the heart of a vast 9-hectare estate filled with vineyards, olive trees and cherry trees, this typically Provencal farmhouse faces south/south-west to take advantage of the sun whilst staying protected from the mistral. The French garden completes the decor of the house and gives it an air of nobility and grace. The secluded swimming pool is secured by a fence and has its own beach and summer lounge.

Pool
Fenced and surrounded by hedges, the large 15m x 6m swimming pool is hidden from view and has an outdoor shower nearby. The summer living room, with sofas and armchairs, is the perfect place to enjoy an apéro in the evenings.

Interior
On the ground floor of this elegant farmhouse, you will find the kitchen, living room, library, dining room and a double bedroom. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and the laundry room. The guest house has one air-conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The brand new Wurlitzer jukebox (with USB and bluetooth connection) and pinball machine will make rainy days even better!

On the first floor of the main house:
Bedroom 2/Master: with king-sized double bed, views of the garden and vineyards, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2.5: with queen-sized double bed and single bed. Bedroom 2.5 is only accessible through Bedroom 2 and shares its ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 2.5 would make a perfect family suite.
Bedroom 3: with queen-sized double bed, views of the garden, courtyard and vineyards and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 5: with two single beds and views of the vineyards.
On the first floor of the guest house:
