Mountain Top Camping Under Northern Lights Beside Cliffs

The mountains have been a vital part of my life since I was very young. An Aunt & Uncle introduced me to mountain backpacking early on and I knew on that first backpacking trip, that the mountain environment resonated deep within my soul. I wanted to go back to the mountains as often as possible and still do to this day. This short film will reveal that stoke that still takes place on these trips. I hope you enjoy the film as much as I enjoyed being out there adventuring and capturing moments for you.

Tag along, relax and unwind with me on this solo backpacking adventure into the rugged Rocky Mountains. Enjoy the hike up as I travel among giant cedars towering silently above their carpet of thick moss. Listen to birds in the thick forest and a whisper of a breeze in the alpine on the panoramic ridge. Watch as I place my tent on the ridge perched near the cliffs and pinnacles with amazing 360 degree views. I'll cook up some food and enjoy a stunning sunset & sunrise. I get an awesome surprise with brilliantly dancing Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) in the inky sky where the stars travelled. It was an Autumn solo backpacking trip to remember!
