Genting Highlands, also known as the Resorts World Genting, is situated 1,860 metres above sea level and is a popular casino resort in Malaysia. Renowned for its casino, nightlife and luxury accommodation, Genting Highlands also houses the First World Hotel which was given the title as the world's largest hotel in the Guinness World Book of Records in 2006 with 7351 rooms.

It takes about 1 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to reach Genting Highlands. Visitors can also choose to take the cable car midway uphill at the Skyway (SkyCentral) cable car station. The cable car ride going up to the Genting Highlands from SkyCentral will take approximately 14 minutes.

Given the title as the City of Entertainment, it is no surprise that it consists of more than a few attractions and frequently hosted many concerts and events at the Arena of Stars. The Sky Avenue shopping mall enables visitors to shop, drink and enjoy their experience there. Visitors especially children, can also enjoy various attractions at the indoor Skytropolis Amusement Park and Skyworld outdoor theme park. Genting Highlands is located approximately 52 km from Kuala Lumpur.
