Witton Parkrun October 5th 2024

On Saturday October 5th 2024 we went to Witton Parkrun (https://www.parkrun.org.uk/witton/) for event 355 and the results from that day can be seen at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/witton/res....

Witton contains “The Beast” which you have to take on twice but the fact it was a beautifully sunny autumnal morning may have helped us all conquer it. It’s an undulating, challenging course on paths and trails with some steps and some muddy bits too. This run was the weekend of when Parkrun’s 20th birthday was being celebrated so it was nice for the majority of us to run somewhere new. Many thanks to all the friendly volunteers who enabled us to participate. Enjoy the video!
