Nevada State Museum Silver Mine in Carson City NV

Описание к видео Nevada State Museum Silver Mine in Carson City NV

Take a walk with us through Nevada State Museum's underground silver mine. This mine is a replica of how typical silver and mineral mines around the area looked like during the height of silver and gold mining operations in northern Nevada.

This museum is extremely huge and very entertaining for the entire family. Not only does it feature an underground mine, but it also showcases the rich history of northern Nevada and the many people who all flocked into the area in search of wealth. The museum also covers ancient Nevada and some of the archeological discoveries made throughout the state including dinosaur remains, and also exhibits the culture of the ancient native peoples who were once native to the area long before settlers appeared in Nevada.

Nevada State Museum is definitely a top destination to check out when stopping by Carson City. I recommend spending at least an hour and a half to see everything in the museum, and a little longer than that to really check out some of the exhibits in detail.
