I prefer to call them imprints, versus "trauma" for they imprint and program your body, brain, physiological, emotional, and every other system in your body to react a certain way, to a certain stimuli......

Until you decide you no longer want it to be so.

However to fix this issue, requires a highly holistic approach. Mental, emotional, and physical.

It also requires you cut off the stimuli from where the "source" of this imprint is coming from, energetically.
