On a high powered but legal e-scooter, a 74 year old rides the streets of eastern Melbourne suburbs, then takes to the hilly gravel paths of a reserve (= park), then goes home and changes underwear. Max speed is a legal 25km/h but it keeps that speed up almost every hill, and it accelerates very briskly when required. The camera used for this video has excellent stabilisation but it didn't have much to do as the scooter's dual suspension gives a very smooth and comfortable ride - if you hold on tight...
