Sleater-Kinney, Crystal Ballroom, Portland, OR, 12 Aug. 2006 – “last” concert

This was, for a long time, Sleater-Kinney’s last concert, but then a small miracle happened: they reunited, made a great album, and went back on tour (which, BTW, allowed me to see them live).

The concert is preceded by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder singing a version of “Here's To The State” (1:12), and “Tonight You Belong To Me” (9:58) in a touching duet with Janet Weiss.
