Figuring Life Out : why growing up transitions are painful ?

I have shared some of my reflections about growing up, and I've done my best to translate my thoughts into words. But rewatching the video , I've found that I haven't covered it all, there are things that i haven't mentioned, things i didn't know how to put out and things that can only be felt , not said.
But I hope I have succeeded in introducing to you this notion of Ecdysis , and how it's similar to what happens to our Self while Growing up .
It's important to be optimistic about it and to remember that it's some kind of preparation that we need to endure in order to welcome a new phase of life with new feelings about ourSelfs .
Transitions are one of the universe laws that every creature experiences .

And before I forget... At the end of the video I've mentioned some of what helps me go through that hard time, which are : reading coran , prayers ...etc , but i've forgotten how important journaling is too. Keep journaling your feelings and thoughts to help organize them and process them well .
