Andrew Ainsworth is the industrial designer who crafted the plastic stormtrooper helmets used in the original "Star Wars" film in 1977. He charged Lucas 20 pounds (about $30 at today's exchange rates) for each of the stormtrooper helmets, packed the molds away and forgot about them.
But after Star Wars become one of the most successful franchises of all ties.. Ainsworth decided to make and sell the helmets. He ended up in court with Lucas. So who won??
