Devilian Gameplay First Look! - Awesome Korean ARPG!

Devilian is a Hack n Slash ARPG that takes a lot of influence from the Diablo franchise, but is more than just a clone. In this First Look, we'll preview the classes, skills, and environments. As well as a quick run through of the opening tutorial.

I first saw Devilian by pure accident. Somehow as a search result in the images section of Google and I thought to myself "hmm, this looks interesting". Well now that I'm back to exploring more games, especially ARPGs, Devilian was high on my list!

It's a little hard to pin when this game came out. It looks like the game has roughly been released since 2014, possibly earlier. No news it seems on an English release. Shame, this game definitely has potential I think to have been fairly successful with western fans of Korean rpgs. Still, I find it pretty easy to understand what's going on, despite the language difference.

Like pretty much all Korean games, you have to jump through some hoops to play them since they use a Korean ID system for registering accounts. I use NewGameWay to purchase accounts from them, just like I did for Black Desert. It's a permanent account you keep after you pay a simple one time fee. Even though Devilian is a Free to Play game, I felt it was worth dropping a little cash so I could check this game out. And so far, I'm really glad I did.

Once you have an account, all you do is log in on the Devilian front page and click Start to download the client. Thankfully, there is NO IP BLOCK! Hurray~!!!
