This carrot cake recipe is so delicious and easy to make, you can’t go wrong! I adapted this recipe to use as little ingredients as possible, with maximum flavour, so that anyone can make it at home. It’s fluffy and moist, topped with sweet creamy frosting so kids will love it too!
