Let us look back at the year 2020 shall we?

Open Me

January:
Everything seemed to go well, Jura was so happy all the time, we really had the time of our lives! It felt like nothing could stop us now, then the month ended out with the horses ran away and we had to look around the city for them... This made us go a lot of steps backwards

February:
I started riding Bonnie and Shanghai a lot more, and Jura was still not at her best after the night she ran away with her friends... But we made it through the whole month happy with a lot of groundwork training.

March:
In March Jura got back on track, the weather was amazing so we started doing a lot of work outdoor, and Jura laid down outside for the very first time! We focused a lot on dressage instead of jumping, because we had to get that happiness back in dressage.

April:
We had our first snowy day in the start of the month, Jura thought that the snow was really funny. We celebrated my birthday in the best way possible, Jura and I, in harmony together. We had a lot of nice moments on the fold in the sun, and all in all had a good month were I was home because of the virus.

May:
We started really focusing on jumping again, and Jura was so happy, we started jumping higher and more often! She also improved a lot in the dressage by doing a lot of polework. Shanghai also showed his best sides in all disciplines this month.

June:
Summerbreak!! or wait no, I've had that for 2 months now XD We had to get Jura checked at the vet because she wasn't really feeling on top, so not much riding her in June, but Shanghai did amazing at every jumping lesson.

July:
Jura was back in business with the jumping! And we finally sat a new jumping record at 110cm! I was so proud, and am still, of what we did through July month, everything seemed perfect!

August:
This is where is starts to get interesting! I started out with getting in an accident when a horse kicked me so I had to go to the hospital, but I didn't care because 2 days after I had my last photoshoot with Shanghai. We had to say goodbye for now because Jura and I started at the boarding school! We both had to fall in place, so I didn't ride her a lot, but when I did she was so great and happy! We finally got an amazing dressage instructor and we really improved a lot!

September:
Nothing really interesting happened, we rode some trips with my friend Malou and her horse, and had a great time all in all

October:
The month where the nightmare started... We rode a trip, and on the way home Jura was lame on one of her hind legs... This resulted in a lot of chaos and I really didn't know how to handle everything. Luckily I got to start riding Optimist, the sweetest fjordhorse, and I don't regret starting with him at all!

November:
Jura was lame on and off so I just spent more time from the ground with her, and started working more on Optimist and he really showed off in the neckrope, jumping, everything. We also rode a dressage competition together, I ended up bursting into tears because I had dreamed to ride it with Jura, but I'm still thankful that I could ride Opti!

December:
Jura started getting better in the first half of the month, we slowly started up again, but when we came to the holidays and Jura got home she had a problem with right front leg. We got her to the vet and got told that Jura needs to get shoes on her fronthoofs... Afterwards we got told that we will not go back to school until January 17th...

And now we're here, waiting for Jura to get her shoes on so we can drive her to the stable at the school, I'll be doing online classes, and visiting her as much as possible when she gets down so IEG in a few days.

Thanks for watching and reading.
I love all of you!
