We all love Google Chrome for its speed and simplicity. But, ever found yourself juggling between tabs, wishing for a split-screen feature? Well, you're not alone! Many users have been craving a solution for simultaneous multitasking within a single window.
Stay with us and learn how to do split screen on Google Chrome
1. Open your Google Chrome browser.
2. Click on the Google Apps icon at the top right.
3. Scroll down the apps list, and click on the Chrome Web Store.
4. In the Chrome Web Store search bar, type split screen for Google Chrome and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
5. Click on this first link of extension from the search result which is created by Dualless.
6. Click on the Add to Chrome button, and then click on the Add extension button in the pop-up window.
7. Click on the Extensions icon at the top.
8. Click on the Split Screen for Google Chrome extension.
9. Select any split screen layout from the list.
10. For demo purposes, I am clicking on this 2 column layout.
11. See, the Google Chrome screen has been split into two different screens.
12. Click again on the Extensions icon at the top, and then click on the Split Screen for Google Chrome extension.
13. This time we will click on this 4-screen layout, and by doing this we can now see four different Google Chrome screens at one time.
14. Similarly, you can try the more available different layouts of this extension.
