Beef Chow Mein

Ingredients for Beef Preparation:
Beef (boneless strips) 500 g
SuperChef Marination Liquid 1 packet
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Beef Chow Mein:
Oil 2 tbsp
Prepared beef
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Egg noodles (boiled) 450 g
SuperChef Chow Mein Sauce 1 packet

Directions for Beef Preparation:
In a bowl add beef, SuperChef Marination Liquid and coat it well. Rest for 15-20 mins.
Now deep fry it until 90% done. Set aside.
Directions for Beef Chow Mein Preparation:
In a pot heat oil and add beef and onion. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Now add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and toss it well.
Add egg noodles, SuperChef Chow Mein Sauce and cook for 1-2 mins.
Your Beef Chow Mein is ready.

Cooking time: 20-30 mins
