Lecture | विसरू कसा मी गुरुपादुकाला

आज दिनांक ३ जुलै; परमपूज्य श्रीगुरुदेव रानडे यांची तारखेने जयंती. त्यांच्या जन्मस्थानी जमखंडी येथे जयंती उत्सव मोठ्या उत्साहात, आनंदात साजरा होत आहे.

श्रीगुरुदेवांचा जन्म ३ जुलै १८८६ या शुभ दिनी जमखंडी येथे झाला. आयुष्यभर साधन करून श्रीगुरुदेव जीवनमुक्त झाले, खऱ्या अर्थाने त्यांनी आपल्या जन्माचे सार्थक केले.

परमेश्वराची अनन्य भक्ती करून, सद्गुरूंना शरण जाऊन साधकाला ‘याची देही याची डोळा’ मुक्ती मिळू शकते हे त्यांनी स्वतःच्या जीवनावरून सिद्ध करून दाखवले.

अशा या संत सद्गुरूंमुळे ३ जुलै हा दिवस अजरामर झाला आहे. याच दिवसाचे औचित्य साधून आम्ही समर्थ रामदास स्वामींच्या ‘विसरू कसा मी गुरुपादुकाला’ या करुणाष्टकावरील प. पू. काकासाहेब तुळपुळे यांचे प्रवचन पब्लिश करत आहोत. याचा साधकांनी लाभ घ्यावा.

Today, July 3rd, is the birth anniversary of the revered Shri Gurudev Ranade. His birth anniversary is being celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at his birthplace, Jamkhandi.

Shri Gurudev was born on this auspicious day, July 3rd, 1886, in Jamkhandi. Through lifelong spiritual practice, Shri Gurudev attained liberation and truly fulfilled the purpose of his life.

By dedicating himself to unwavering devotion to God and surrendering to the Sadguru, he demonstrated through his own life that a seeker can attain liberation 'while living, though living.'

Because of such a saint and Sadguru, July 3rd has become a very auspicious day. To mark this occasion, we are publishing a discourse by P. P. Kakasahib Tulpule on Samarth Ramdas Swami's "Visaru Kasa Mi Gurupadukala." We hope seekers will benefit from this.
