On March 18th and 25th, we will host a special two-part virtual workshop. We will have Brent Tracy to present: "How to Grow: Practical Strategy to Fight Unconscious Bias." Everyday, every human being process a lot of information. Did you know that we process 11 million bits of information in one second? In our brains, we have a filter that process information with logic and rationality. How many bits of information goes through our logical and rational filter? Only a tiny speck of information goes through that filter. Most information tend to bypass the filter. And that creates an unconscious bias. We have biases that can negatively affect those that we encounter. We would go, "Can I trust this person?" "Is this person competent?" Unconscious bias can have a negative effect on social and systemic level. This workshop will go into the scientific root cause of unconscious bias. And how we can align the information process more closely with conscious intentions.
