Better but not Perfect ❀ neighborhood food exchange, baking & evening yoga | VLOGUST

I am feeling a bit better today but I am far from feeling perfect. There is still a part of me that is so quick to feeling rage so it's been a full day of coping and taking lots of breaks. I'm running low on spoons but we did manage to do some baking which lead us to trading food with the neighbors (we got the better deal out of the trade). I decided to do some evening yoga, after the last 48 hours I think my brain needed it. Overall, I think this was a realistic day in the life during vlogust. Not wonderful but mostly good. Not everyday is going to be your best day. I hope you enjoy this vlog!
