Barbie Sister Chelsea is watching TV with her Favorite puppy Oreo in a living room, while Barbie is getting ready to be a doctor. She got an emergency call to go to Barbie Hospital and take care of her patient. Barbie is worried because she has a lot of puppies and Chelsea that she needs to watch over. Barbie asks Chelsea if she can watch puppies and play with them. Chelsea is excited. She loves to play with puppies! Also, Barbie asks Ken if he can watch Chelsea sitting puppies. He agreed and Barbie went to see her patient. But after Chelsea finds Kens computer, she does not care about puppies. She just watches YouTube videos on the house terrace. Ken, instead of watching Chelsea, takes a long bubble bath in Barbie's beautiful new bathroom. He is having such a nice relaxing time. And puppies are having fun all over the Barbie house. They make so much mess. When Barbie comes back from the hospital, she is very disappointed. Ken and Chelsea have to clean up all the puppy mess and make Barbie a dinner while Barbie takes relaxing bath and rest. Ken and Chelsea learned their lesson and next time they will watch over the puppies, so they do not get into a trouble again.
Then Ken is going on fishing trip and Barbie takes Chelsea to ZOO to see a cute little otter in new exhibition. Barbie's sister Chelsea finds new friends at the ZOO and has a lot of fun with them watching exotic animals.
