This video along with Part 1, Setup, is available to anyone who wants to see them before James Haden's workshop/demo presentation on June 23. They provide some of the preliminary information about setting up the confocal. Time will be limited for the presentation itself, so these are a great way to make sure stuff gets covered without having to spend a lot of time on it in the presentation.
