For me, it helps highlight moments I may have forgotten, but also reminds me how I handled and survived the evolution of my emotions through...in my case, trauma and the loss of Skye.

I will forever be a cheerleader for everyone to find an outlet for their creative passions. It makes a difference in all aspects of life and living.
