The discipleship process we follow in Campus Crusade for Christ is outlined in Matthew 28: 18-20. It is through winning, building and sending. WIN by sharing the gospel both to one-on-one and groups large and small; BUILD by building others up in their faith and training them with the needed ministry skills to start a discipleship group; and SEND by sending others to win, build and send.

Be strategic and use this video in your discipleship group. This is how:

Introduction
PASTORAL CARE and ACCOUNTABILITY
Suppose you are with your disciples. Today, your goal is to finish the lesson you are undergoing (eg. the follow-up series) and to show them the bigger picture of our strategy: Win, Build and Send. Before starting with the training material, you may ask him first the following lines:
What day is your favorite day in this week? Why?
What is the Lord telling you in your devotions and prayer time?
What happened with your plan and faith goal you set last week?

Discussion
What part of the video clip shows the “Winning”?
What part of the video clip shows the “Building”?
What part of the video clip shows the “Sending”?
Are the three process separate entities?
How long can a person do win-build-send?
What difference will it have if all discipleship groups do win-build-send?

Closing
Have them do their MAP (My Action Plan).
Let them set their FAG (Faith Action Goal) for the week in line with the topic.
Let them share their MAP and FAG to the group and take time to pray for them.

*They may review their personal ministry/ discipleship plan for concrete follow through as they plot their FAG.
