Shopify Tutorial - How to Partially Fulfill an Order in Shopify

​This video will show you how to partially fulfill an item on an order within Shopify, without marking the entire order as fulfilled in ShipHero. This is extremely important if you have products that you're shipping out from your own warehouse and need ShipLab to fulfill the remaining items on the order. The process below covers "Fulfill Items" but the same steps can be used when you click "Generate Shipping Label", you just want to make sure you change the quantities to 0 for the products you are not fulfilling so that they still stay open on the order within ShipHero and the team can pick, pack, and ship them out. Once the final items are picked and packed Shopify will mark the entire order as fulfilled.
