Today I have a Morning Mobility Routine that you can do every day in less than 7-minutes to unlock your hips and improve your hip health.

Here are the exercises you can follow along to in the video.

#1 - Quadruped Rock Back (10 - 3030)
#2 - Transition into Quadruped Hip CARS (1ea each way)
#3 - Transition into Dynamic Pigeon (10s hold and switch x 3ea)
#4 - Transition into ½ Groin Rock Back (5ea - 5s hold)
#5 - Transition into ½ Groin + T-Spine (3ea - each way - 2121)
