My American Dad’s Favorite Meal in Vietnam

Описание к видео My American Dad’s Favorite Meal in Vietnam

In this food travel vlog, my dad, Trang, and I eat a traditional Vietnamese meal called cơm tấm in Phu Nhuan District, Saigon, Vietnam. Com tam is a rice and pork dish, and this turn out to be my dad’s favorite meal on his trip to Vietnam.

The exact name and location of the restaurant is:

Cơm Tấm Ba Ghiền Không Chi Nhánh - 84 Đặng Văn Ngữ
84 Đặng Văn Ngữ, P. 10,  Quận Phú Nhuận, HCMC

The com tam we had was served with “broken rice”, a very large barbecued pork chop, a fried egg, and some veggies. We also had some soup and drinks on the side. We ate this food and gave you a signature Dank Rank Food Review.

The total price for the three of us to eat was 280k vnd, or about $12.

The serving of pork chops here is especially large, and this place does seem to cater towards a foreign crowd. It also received a nod from the Michelen food review folks too. For any foodies looking for an authentic Vietnamese meal, slightly outside of the Ho Chi Minh City Center, definitely come check out this famous restaurant!
