I have made this short film showcasing the current state of the house inside and out.
Gary Cottle and Richard Griffiths had a chat on the historic steps which has seen many things over its time.

This film is due to be shown at the next public meeting for all to see and for LBH to see how much the community wants to see it saved for future generations.

Hanworth Park House commenced in 1798 and was completed in 1802. It became a country house after extensions throughout 1828. Now known as Hanworth Park House, it still stands today, with a west wing and clock tower added circa 1860.

Since then the House has changed hands several times.

It was used as a military hospital during the First World War and later as a country club and hotel for members of Aircraft Exchange and Mart who now owned the park which had been converted into an airfield.

Hanworth Park Hotel continued after the war Second World War until 1953 when it was purchased by Middlesex County Council and opened in the mid 1950s as an old people’s home. In 1965 its administration was taken over by the London Borough of Hounslow. The house is now in private ownership? The property currently sits derelict but very secure, it is grade 2 listed and the current owner has plans to restore the house to its golden days.

To do this he has a project submitted to LBH planning and has the backing of many in the community, English heritage, environment trust and many more.

The house is in danger of collapse and on the in danger list.
