Curry Squid Recipe | Masak Kari Sotong (Malaysian Mamak Style)

Resepi masak kari sotong pekat mamak style sure sedap macam restoran. Sila cuba di rumah resepi di bawah.

INGREDIENTS (English):
-4 squids
-200ml coconut milk
-5 cloves shallot
-5 cloves garlic
-2cm ginger
-2 tbsp chili powder
-3 tbsp curry powder
-2 tbsp tamarind juice
-1 tbsp turmeric
-2 tbsp oil
-1 tspn salt
-curry leaves
-star anise
-cinnamon stick
-1 jalapeno
-a litter water


RESEPI (Malay Language):
-4 sotong
-200ml santan
-5 ulas bawang merah
-5 ulas bawang putih
-2cm halia
-2 sudu serbuk cili
-3 sudu serbuk kari
-2 sudu air asam jawa
-1 sudu serbuk kunyit
-2 sudu minyak untuk tumis
-1 sudu the garam
-1 sudu the gula
-daun kari
-bunga lawang
-kulit kayu manis
-1 cili besar
-sedikit air
