We spent a week in Playa Del Carmen – and I want to go back already!
1-hour bus drive away from Cancun, PDC is a beautiful coastal city with endless white beaches, palm trees and warm Caribbean water.
This short Playa del Carmen guide will be handy as I cover 7 things you should know before your trip.

In this video you’ll find out about the beaches like Playacar and Playa 72 that was dog-friendly. Then we cover the wonders of the touristic 5th avenue, and what to do when you get hungry! After eating it’s good to go for some drinks and live music at night, and then come back to the safe and comfy Airbnb around the corner.
I fully recommend a trip to Playa Del Carmen, if you enjoy swimming in a turquoise water, walking on a white sand beach and enjoy the buzz of active nightlife.
