Business transformation and efficiency will remain a key business focus in 2025.

To support this ongoing and fast-moving shift, I’ve created the UX Research Advisor GPT—a simple tool designed to empower all teams, especially those under budgetary and time constraints, to accelerate their discovery and user research efforts efficiently.

My role as an hashtag#Engagement Strategist and UX Director has given me a clear perspective on how marketing and communications teams are evolving amid ongoing consolidation and internal reorganization.

Too often, discovery and user research is treated as an afterthought—or worse, entirely overlooked in project scopes. My GPT acts as a hashtag#conversation starter, to hopefully make clear the hashtag#value of a strong UX and CX team, by helping identify top level market opportunities, ensure teams ask the right questions, and thoughtfully work with analytics and engineering teams to extract meaningful insights from data.

It’s about taking the time to think and workout better solutions before you’re caught “building the plane while it’s flying.” ✈️

With over a decade of UX strategy and design leadership, I see AI as an extension of a great team—enabling smarter upfront research, faster road to synthesis, hashtag#collaboration and more informed data driven decision-making to build exceptional, inclusive and accessible products in 2025.
