Depression is one of the most common mental disorders in the world that is not to be ashamed of. When battling depression, it is important to remember that you are not alone and that reaching out or opening up with a friend, family member, or psychiatrist can be the first of many in self-improvement. Here are some reasons why we withdraw socially when experiencing depression.
