Kadhi Patodi :

Kadhi:
250 grams Dahi (Curd)
2 tablespoon Besan (Gramflour)
3 - 4 Green chillies
2 tablesppon Coriander leaves
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt / as per taste
10 – 12 Curry leaves
½ teaspoon Jeera (Cumin seeds
½ teaspoon Haldi (Turmeric powder)
¼ teaspoon Hing (Asafoetida)
2 cup Water / as required (1 cup = 200 ml)

Patodi :
For dough:
1 cup Besan (Gramflour)
½ cup Atta (Wheatflour)
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ajwain (Carrom seeds)
¼ cup hot Oil or Ghee
½ teaspoon Haldi (Turmeric powder)
½ teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

For filling / stuffing:
1 cup Coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 cup Dry coconut , grated (Kopra)
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds (Til)
2 tablespoon Poppy seeds (Khus Khus)
2 tablespoon Peanuts, roasted & crushed
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste
½ teaspoon Cumin seed
½ teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Amchur
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
½ teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)

Oil for deep frying
