Here we are showing the Water Spray process with our Gentle Motion agitation system. This agitation method is very effective with low viscosity products like soups, broths and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages in pouches, bowls and trays. Gentle Motion improves product quality by reducing the product's exposure to high heat and increases the retort's throughput due to the shorter process times.
