Tokyo Disneyland- Jubilation! Parade Soundtrack

Jubilation! debuted on April 15th, 2008 as part of Tokyo Disneyland’s 25th Anniversary celebration. The parade consisted of 9 floats themed to various Disney movies. The parade was a huge hit with guests and during the anniversary year, the parade featured an interactive show stop that ran for the duration of the anniversary. The parade ran all the way until 2013 when it was replaced by the Happiness is Here parade.

Fun Facts:
The parade’s main theme comes from the Tigger Movie. The song titled “Your Heart Will Lead You Home” was originally sung by Kenny Loggins.

The parade’s show stop music is a mix of the anniversary’s theme song “The Magic Goes On” and “What Time is It?” from Disney Channel’s High School Musical 2.

Originally, the parade was supposed to feature 10 floats, the “Ocean Unit”. However, it was scrapped before construction began on the floats.

After the parade ended in 2013, various floats were sold to other Disney parks around the world. The first two to be sold were the Princess Garden float and the Bubbles floats. Those two were sold to Walt Disney World for Magic Kingdom’s Festival of Fantasy parade that would debut a year later in 2014. There they were given a fresh paint job with minor changes made to both floats. The third float to be sold was the Little Green Men Spaceship mini float. It was sold to Disneyland in California in 2015 for the Disney Paint the Night parade. The float was repainted and equipped with colorful LED lights. The last three floats to be sold were the Jungle Safari, Pirate Moon, and Finale floats. They were sold to Disneyland Paris in late 2016 to make way for their new Disney Stars on Parade that would debuted in March of 2017. The Jungle Safari and Pirate Moon floats were refurbished and repainted with new colors to match the steampunk theme of Disney Stars on Parade. The finale float was the only float to receive a full makeover. The floats kept the same structure, but was reimagined into a Toy Story unit.

All remaining floats that weren’t sold to other parks were scrapped to reuse the bases for new floats used in the Dreaming Up! parade that debuted in 2018.
