What you will need
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 cup room temperature real butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1egg + 1egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla

For rolling cookies In sugar and cinnamon

1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
