The life-changing benefits of social rehab: with Jacob Darkin

Описание к видео The life-changing benefits of social rehab: with Jacob Darkin

Despite our best efforts, we rarely get to control what happens in life.

We do, however, get to control how we respond.

Jacob Darkin – our guest on this episode – injured his spinal cord and spent over nine months in the Spinal Unit of Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital. He went through physical rehab to understand his new physical reality and understood that he needed to also work on his social health to understand how he could connect with others.

What he did was genius. We know you’ll be inspired to challenge yourself and engage in your own social rehab after joining us for this episode.

In this episode, you’ll:
feel supported when responding to life’s challenges through meeting yourself – and others – where and how you are.
be challenged to think of ways you can improve your social health
be inspired to take action, test your boundaries and run connection experiments of your own.

Join us and become a connected human.
