The world is dead - 5th and Final Part

 This is the Deadworld challenge. In short, it involves:
No animals, including fish (except carcasses)
Minimal loot
Minimal plants to be found
Items deteriorate fast
Meters deplete rapidly
Condition recovers very slowly (no sleep multiplier)
Rapid weather changes and world gets colder
No feats
Spawns in blizzard at random location
You WILL die, because food eventually runs out
How long can you survive?
