This week on WWF Raw is War the Hell in a Cell makes an appearance - Paul Bearer challenges Steve Austin and The Undertaker to step into the cell to face Kane and Mankind. The King of the Ring first round matches also continue with the much anticipated X-Pac vs Triple H match (which also serves as Sean Waltman's first bout since returning to WWF from WCW).

On WCW Nitro Diamond Dallas Page is looking for revenge against Hollywood Hogan and Dennis Rodman, however he gets challenged to a main event steel cage match by Macho Man Randy Savage. J.J. Dillon makes a decision regarding the WCW Cruiserweight Championship, and Masahiro Chono and Hiroyoshi Tenzan return to WCW to represent the nWo.
